Led a pro-bono project (2015) for a social enterprise Hope Development Initiative that supports 10900 Ugandan women farmers in Amolatar region.
Helped to identify promotion strategy and fundraising opportunities together with a with a team of four Imperial College London students

Volunteered with “Inspire!” programme at Our Lady’s Convent School for girls in London (2017): spoke with teens about importance of professional development, moderated games about improving qualities and skills for future employment and delivered motivational speeches

EMPOWER HOUR

Co-organised a global session for members of Women of Influence Community on the topic "How to motivate and challenge”. This event gathered over 89 participants in Germany, USA and India. The Empower Hour aimed to inspire women to take on leadership roles, strengthen self-confidence and provide opportunities for self-reflection

MENTOR

Participates in the reverse mentoring programme within her organisation. This programme matches senior staff with employees from younger generations in order to impart new knowledge, ideas and values that come into the organizations with Millennials. PRESENTATION FUNDAMENTALS INSTRUCTOR

Created a new training — Presentation Fundamentals. Trained 24 Deutsche Bank employees and managers from the COO, FIC India, UKI and Germany. The objectives of this training included coaching people to demonstrate an efficient delivery of professional presentations, an ability to visualise ideas and execute a strategy of effective management communication. The training attendees learned about 35 basic and advanced PowerPoint features, types of presentations, methodologies to analyse information, visual tools, best practices of management reporting as well as presenting techniques, communication and body language

McKINSEY & COMPANY – NEXT GENERATION WOMEN LEADERS 2020

One of 350 women leaders, shortlisted from over 6000 global applicants to participate in the NGWL programme. During the NGWL, attendees explore the importance of women in leadership and refine their own leadership skills. Participated in a three-day event with insightful discussions, useful practices and workshops about the concept of centered leadership, personal presence, optimal confidence, ability to change any limiting core beliefs, authenticity and received valuable tips about shaping one`s own leadership style

HEAD OF BOOK CLUB GERMANY

Responsible for organizing discussions and activities, selection of books that align with the interests of the members, fostering an environment that encourages insightful conversations and knowledge sharing. Coordination of meetings, organising events that bring together a community where colleagues can connect over shared ideas, promote a culture of continuous learning, and enhance collective understanding through literature.

MODERATOR

Andriana co-moderated the annual "Promotion Masterclass" workshop which provided valuable insights into effective strategies for career advancement to VP and AVP levels, focusing on practical tools and techniques to navigate the promotion process. The interactive format allowed participants to learn about promotion process, ask questions to HR and speakers, who shared their career advancement experiences.
