• Set project direction in optimal fundraising strategy and its implementation for social enterprise that supports 10.900 Ugandan farmers in Amolatar region; selected and managed teams of four analysts from diverse backgrounds; provided oversight into all sub-work streams.
• Identified commercialization opportunities of a start-up, based on a new technology of renewable fuels and chemicals production from biomass; carried out a market research about pulp and paper industry, which made one of the core directions of the project.
