  • Settlement oversight: monitored settlement fails and FOBO breaks, prepared Standard Settlement Instruction (SSI) updates, and contributed to monthly oversight forums on remediation priorities

  • Securities Financing business operations - supported the collateral management business, file upload, triparty and Issuance Services Group operations (fee processing, inducements and product setup)

  • PMO of the Structured Service Utility transformation project: created a Business Requirements Document, enabled efficient coordination of project deliverables, facilitated communication, improved stakeholder management

  • Monitoring of Fixed Income and Securities Operations Services change projects, responsible for fails management and remote oversight, development of supporting documentation and management presentation materials

  • Developed and implemented a monthly progress report for a global setup of 1200+ employees with an agile tracker of risks, issues, utilization and KPIs. Responsible for coordination of the management information for the Fixed Income and Currencies heads of Germany, India, UKI, US and product owners based on input from global cross-product teams

Oct - Nov 2015: Ionosolv | Commercialisation of the new chemical engineering process developed by a start-up.

UK-based student-run consultancy, mentored by L.E.K. Consulting

• Set project direction in optimal fundraising strategy and its implementation for social enterprise that supports 10.900 Ugandan farmers in Amolatar region; selected and managed teams of four analysts from diverse backgrounds; provided oversight into all sub-work streams.
• Identified commercialization opportunities of a start-up, based on a new technology of renewable fuels and chemicals production from biomass; carried out a market research about pulp and paper industry, which made one of the core directions of the project.
